Project: “Identifying Key Genes and Regulators of Early Blight Disease Resistance in Solanum tuberosum”• Utilized specific primers for two distinct genes to amplify target DNA from potato samples through PCR.• Isolated and purified successful PCR products via Freeze and Squeeze Gel Extraction method.• Cloned purified DNA into the pJET vector and transformed into E. coli DH5-α cells to obtain colonies.• Extracted DNA from selected colonies and submitted samples for sequencing, followed by sequence data analysis.Project: “Investigation of Moringa oleifera L. (as a Biostimulant)–Solanum lycopersicum L. Interaction Under Drought and Non-Drought Stress Conditions”• Assisted with plant care in the Biotron controlled growth facility.• Conducted photosynthetic measurements using the PhotosynQ device.• Observed the use of an Infrared Gas Analyzer (IRGA) to monitor plant physiological responses.Project: “Identification of Avena sativa Responses to Individual and Combination of Drought and Heat Stress”• Developed specific primers for target genes associated with stress responses in Avena sativa.• Synthesized cDNA from extracted RNA samples for gene expression analysis.• Conducted qPCR to quantify gene expression levels, analyzing the plant’s transcriptional response to stress conditions.
