Created company’s all C and mid-level management Dashboards and reports using Power BI; by getting the data files mainly from our ERP (DMS: Dealership Management System), created a workflow using MS Power Automate to transfer the data files to SharePoint; then getting the data into Power BI, cleaning the data and transferring and finally building all visuals and sharing the product with end users. Some of the reports I created are Inventory Metrics, Sales Metrics, Shop Service Metrics, Collection Workspace, Loss Mitigation Workspace, Loan Performance, Insurance Metrics, Customer Service Metrics, etc. I created almost 500 calculated columns and measures in all these reports, and more than 50 employees are currently using these reports for their KPI/metrics tracking and daily operations management. These reports I created helped:• The company to manage its inventory more effectively, ie. Before almost 350 models being sold, after a dynamic analysis (calculating moving average sales numbers per locations, calculating the cash flow per deals, per make/models) company started to sell less than 150 models to make almost the same money, but selling each make/model more. This improvement reduced so many servicing costs, buying costs, increased sales rates and led the company to gain more money and cut million dollars costs.• The Managers and A team have been tracking all performance metrics on their periodic weekly strategic leadership meetings.• Loan Servicing Management to assess their Collection team’s performance and give more incentive to hard workers and let the low performance employees go.• Saved enormous time for the company employees, because all these reports are being automatically refreshed 8 times a day (some 36 times) and no one needed to create manual reports each time to follow up with the metrics.• Us to find mismatches between the integrated systems in the company easily, effectively and quickly.
