Payroll Management:•Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll disbursement.•Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll.•Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.Employee Clearances and Settlements:•Handle full and final settlements, including calculating final pay, leave encashment, medical reimbursement, health insurance settlement, loan/advances processing and other related activities.Statutory Compliance:•Manage the registration, contributions, and benefits processes associated with these statutory bodies (EOBI, SESSI, and PESSI).Team Management:•Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.HR Operations:•Streamline and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.•Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices.•Prepare and present regular reports on HR operational metrics to senior management.Employee Support:•Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll, clearances, and statutory compliance issues.•Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.

•Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives and overall company goals.•Antecedent Verification of Permanent & Resign Employees.•Contacting applicants references & performing criminal background checks required by company. •Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on- boarding, and training programs.•Ensure recordkeeping and data processing procedures.•Implement attendance management processes, attendance reports and dashboard to HOD•Maintain employee records (payroll, Trainings, Benefits, EOBI etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.•Update employment contracts and agreements.•Ensure timely coordination for Pre-employment medical examination.•Other HR day to day tasks as required by the supervisor.
