Senior Sales Manager
CurrentResponsibilities: New Business Development Identify the Key persons and develop network of contacts within the customer organization: Engineering, Project Management, R&D, Purchase etc. Observe, analyze, and evaluate the overall market development. Deeply study and understand customer’s strategy, technology trend, and formulate the appropriate business plant with sales strategy. Perform benchmark together with engineering, purchasing etc, define target cost structure & production innovation. Leading sales team to define next years acquisition pipeline. Coordinate tech-show at target customers. Prepare regular reporting: business overview, order intake, actual sales & forecast etc.Team Management Manage sales team for annual business & budget planning, tracking per quarterly, and 100% responsible for customer project P&L. Drive sales team to further break down the plan into individual’s action plan, including counter measure whenever the gap occurs. Regular review with team member on the progress of the plans. Give feedback to team member. Elevate the issues that cannot be solved at his/her level and provide support at time. Analyze the business & diagnose the team. Plan for HR such as headcount & individual career development, training, promotion according to company requirement. Prepare regular reporting: actual sales VS planning, customer strategy update etc.Cross Functions Follow company’s processes to communicate with related functions such as engineering, finance and operation etc. Regular business review with cross function, provide analysis of new business risks & opportunities. Organize meeting with related functions to remove routine hurdles that block us from serving our customers better or getting more orders, or more profitability. Communicate with global team to get more routine resources and supports to the team.
