The main jobs include planning and execution of off-line events, project management, supporting and backup of off-line activities and all VIP schedules's follow-up(including accompanied and interpretation if VIP is much more important), designing and making promotional materials, data and statements analysis etc.

1.Assist GM to do recruitment and job interview.2.Translation.3.Assist GM or independently to do business negotiation.4.Business Reception。5.Assist GM to achieve sales plans。6.Manage schedule of GM and make appointments for him.7.In charge of applying for establishment of the Chamber. 8.Be responsible for hosting all meetings and making meeting minutes.9.In charge of applying for sub-forum of “Western China (Sichuan) Import Expo & International Investment Fair”.10.Put forward constructive suggestions to the company’s development directions and strategies etc.11.Explore resources channels in Sichuan and match domestic resources with overseas projects(including docking with all chambers and government).12.Learn about CMIA Capital Partners and Prestige Group, then search for potential clients based on the two Fund Companies’ requirements, company selection and face-to-face communication. 13.Assist GM to manage office affairs in the round and perform GM's duties when GM out of office14.Platform promotion.15.As Chief Coordinator to do the management, planning, arrangement, organization, coordination and preparation for the “Third Asia Pacific Top CEO Gathering”; entertaining HE Senator Chhit Kim Yeat from Cambodia, Prime Minister Advisor from Vietnam and other overseas VIPs and translating for them if needed. 16.Assisting GM to make rules and regulations and establish all systems, and implement these rules, regulations and systems.17.New employees training. 18.As head of Marketing, in charge of promoting our private club,including promotion of brand, Southeast Asia cuisine and bird's nest. At the same time, schedule different events(indoor and outdoor) in conjunction with the promotion.

Main Responsibilities: As a member of the Owner Party to do the preparation of the Hilton Hotel. This is the first Hilton Hotel in Chengdu and also the 4th Hilton which named after the city name in China.Details of the Responsibilities:1. In charge of receiving VIP clients from Hilton, including GM of Hilton North District, Management Level of Hilton Headquarters in China, Asia-Pacific President, Hilton Worldwide CEO & President etc.2. Assist Development Dept in dealing with hotel insurance, including negotiation with all insurance companies we invited, study their plans and make our version based on their plans.3. Establishment of preparatory office.4. Administrative work, like taking meeting minutes,coordinating and communicating with other departs. 5. Translation.6. On-the-spot investigation and marketing research about the hotel staff dormitory & GM apartment, the preparation and follow-ups.7. Other tasks assigned by leaders.8. Assist Marketing Dept in doing the propaganda about high-profile VIP from Hilton.9. Assist and coordinate media reception, communication, interview and press release of Hilton Worldwide CEO & President Chris’s visit.10. Coordinating, communicating and following up all the things with Hilton Headquarters or North District. 11. Marketing research and data collection of industry.
