Prepare logistics-related reports using statistics to visualize, organize, and describe the data and communicate the conclusions to management. Collect shipping quotations mostly from Europe and East Asia for all shipping modes (Sea Freight, Air Freight, and land) considering the Incoterms indicated in the purchase order. Support both sales and procurement through providing all anticipated shipping costs including insurance, clearance, and local transportation. Proceed with all shipping approvals to import/export goods from government entities such as FDA, JSMO, EMRC, and other official bodies. Negotiate trade credit terms with freight forwarders and seek to extend the trade credit terms to the most reachable point without stressing the forwarders.
