I hold a Master’s in Engineering Management from Jerash University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Jordan University of Science and Technology. Have over 14 years of diverse experience in engineering management, performance appraisal systems, job desperation, business development, and consulting, I am currently employed as a Performance Appraisal Policies’ Expert at the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau in Qatar, where I manage the development, implementation, and review of performance appraisal systems for government entities. This role has enhanced my abilities in policy design, data analysis, and employee development, allowing me to provide comprehensive solutions for improving organizational efficiency.Prior to this, I served as Head of Professional Paths Management at the Civil Service Bureau in Jordan, where I led the design of specialized professional pathways, worked with technical committees, and oversaw professional development initiatives across government departments. My experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of both technical and human resource challenges within large organizations.
