CurrentDuring this internship, I gained valuable insights in product management by learning from top product managers from leading Iranian startups.* Product Management Fundamentals: - product manager and responsibilities - concepts of decision-making and trade offs in product management * Product Vision and Mission: - Gained knowledge of product vision and mission and their role in guiding product development - Learned how to craft a product vision and mission aligned with market needs and business goals* Personas and Customer needs: - Developed expertise in creating product personas and understanding customer needs - Learned how to identify, evaluate, and validate customer needs and want - Gained familiarity with customer journey maps and their application in understanding customer experiences* Product Lifecycle, Development Methodologies, and User Stories: - PLC and DPLC - differences between MVP and MMP - understanding of market research, UX research, and IxD - Mastered the Agile methodology and its benefits in project management - Learned how to write a product strategy aligned with business objectives - Developed expertise in Scrum and its application in task and time management - Gained familiarity with the concept of user stories and their use in Agile*Technical Skills: - Acquired the skills necessary for effective communication and collaboration with tech teams*Product Strategy: - Learned about product roadmap, RFM segmentation, pricing strategies, and various advertising and monetization methods*Data Analysis: - Learned about data, data analysis techniques, and the role of AI in product management*Soft Skills: - Identified the soft skills essential for a successful PMIn addition to the knowledge gained, I actively solved real-world problems based on these concepts.
