• Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of all CCC plant and equipment to and from Australia.• Prepare plant shipping documents; commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin.• Manage plant on-hire and off-hire activities.• Manage the supply of heavy equipment, plant and machines to attend to project needs.• Design and establish plant office and workshop setup on five camps.• Prepare plant service and preventive maintenance schedules.• Analyse plant failure and investigate all root causes to eliminate defects.• Review all plant risk assessments, SWMS and work procedure and update when needed.• Monitor equipment performance and machines utilisation.• Carry out regular plant, QC and safety equipment inspections.• Provide technical advice to resolve problems confronted on site.

• Provide disciplined leadership to over 70 personnel.• Organise plant service and maintenance.• Monitor and control all machinery major repairs.• Coordinate subcontractor activities.• Prepare billing reports and budget estimates.• Prepare cost comparison sheets.• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and plant suppliers.• Calculate plant and equipment utilisation.• Review and update risk management plans and method statements.• Perform regular plant, QC and safety equipment inspections.• Provide relief to plant manager as required.

• Prioritise and schedule resources required to carry out tasks following instructions from the project manager.• Provide technical advice on equipment selection, installation and testing.• Maintain good work relations with governmental departments and ministries.• Carry out periodic spare part and material stock take.• Supervise and direct quarries maintenance team.• Implement quality control checks on quarries and construction materials.• Perform technical reviews on plant and equipment.
