Prior to ZHA, she co-founded Yunmu Architectural Design Co., Ltd, in China, specialising in business development, client coordination and residential & commercial design. After Yazhu joined ZHA, she contributes in both business development and project team work. She has brought numerous Chinese projects to the office with a good winning project record under contracts. Her project experiences cover all stages from early acquisition to construction, with input of business negotiation facing clients/ LDIs/ consultants/ suppliers, business documentations including Consortium Agreements/Fee Proposals/Contracts/Client Letters, project management including coordination externally and internally covers deliverables, timelines, resourcing and budget.
