As someone who grew up in a multitude of environments I had previously thought of myself as a well rounded person. To be privileged to come to such a diverse University not only was I able to take those prior experiences and build new connections with my network, but I was able to allow myself to become more confident in my skills to communicate who I am to the world, my goals, and demonstrate how I am always continuously learning. In my Collegiate Career I see more and more everyday, the skills it takes to balance life, logistics, scholarship, and your career through my trials, successes, and errors.I've always believed that everyone could achieve their goals with a little bit of help, especially children who are the future of our generations. As a young adult, it's one of my goals to involve myself within education leadership and administration programs to help more children, students, and families connect with their community, and inspire them to pursue higher education, new work paths and new impactful experiences.
