Yazz spearheaded the initiative and organisational pivot to healthcare that lead to significant growth and risk mitigation from single industry operating.- Identified and executed pilot project and subsequent account management and growth of digital signage at Mater Mothers that grew to provide the digital signage solution for Mater, and expanded in to wayfinding, queue management and children entertainment across the multiple campuses.- Grew the business through direct and partner sales into Ramsay, Bupa, Queensland Health, NSW Health, Alfred, St John of God and more across a number of product streams.- Managed the product development activities in line with customer requirement.- Recruited key leadership staff to maintain quality and delivery.- Recruited key board members and advisory consultant to maintain focus on health.- Created key partnerships with large providers such as Telstra Health and Cerner to support additional growth.- Won the key account with Sydney LHD to deliver Visitor Management during COVID and managed the product roadmap and build associated with the CIO. This grew into Alfred and other areas of NSW Health.-Successfully delivered the key project with NSW Health and Sydney LHD to deliver the work flow, software solution and integrations required to deliver the mass vaccination of the city of Sydney and associated transport hubs like the Sydney Airport, delivering millions of doses through the Five Faces Platform.- Expanded to the patient portal solution for Sydney LHD, named Florence.The healthcare business allowed Five Faces to remain trading and achieve exponential growth during COVID as retail/hospitality had shut down.
