Directly reports to Senior Vice President-Monitoring and proactively reviewing Commercial & SME segment portfolio (approx. 12 billion USD) on customer basis in order to foresee possible risks and define corrective actions. (Stage 1+2)-Applying corrective actions such as financial & operational re-structuring, remedial management, collateral asset sale and legal follow up. (Stage 2)-Presenting “Credit Monitoring Reports”, “ECL Budget Realization Reports” and Restructuring Transactions to the credit committee. -Managing ECL budget (Expected Credit Loss as a function of LGD and EAD and PD) according to Basel 2 and IFRS 9. -Making Individual Assessments on customer basis (EAD>20 Mio USD)-Calibration of PD and Customer Rating calculations made by Credit Risk department.-Managing cross functional, External Auditor, Banking Regulation & Supervision Agency Auditors’ relations.-Coordinating projects/assignment with other departments and regional directorates.-Managing 3 direct and 21 indirect team members in matrix organization structure.

Directly reports to Vice President-Monitoring, proactively reviewing and assessing compliance with the financial covenants on Corporate and Project Finance portfolio. (approx. 10 billion USD).-Mitigating risks by engineering the most viable financing to customers’ projects and developing collateral structures.

Directly reports to Chairman of Internal Auditors Board-Leading, planning, and performing financial and operational audits of various departments, branches and business processes.-Reviewing overall internal control processes, identifying control weaknesses, non-compliance with laws, regulations and bank policies.-Reporting findings and made appropriate recommendations to the Board.-Performing fraud investigations and suggesting corrective actions.-Managing various audit teams.
