- Cultural tour of agencies in China, pricing of FIT and Mice tour and organization demands. - Promotion of complete package tours and distribution of these to the suppliers and agencies in China.- Operation of cultural tours (hotel arrangements, tour guide arrangements, restaurant and transportation arrangements)- Making price contracts (for hotel, restaurant and transportation services) with suppliers and submit these contracts to the executives in a report form. - Coordinating the agencies in China to the office employees in Turkey.

- Upon the request from agencies or corporate companies, organizing complete package tours, meetings, incentive tours, conferences or fairs and making the presentation of these offers. - Carrying out the operations through the whole process. - Duties in a team regarding hotel sales for individual customers.

- Preparing International Package Tours and tour programs to European destinations, Spain and Italy being in the first place. - In accordance with promoting the packages that are ready to sell to Sales Agencies and Sales Representatives and business planning, I was involved in directing Sales Representatives and Agencies.- To increase sales by controlling the operations of tour packages published in daily newspaper and website, I did the analysis of performance and quality in addition to assessments and reported these to my manager. - Coordinating and organizing sales representatives in the agency’s call center, giving education on tour packages and destinations. - I organized guests’ proceedings such as visa, insurance etc. after the sale. Together with my team, I worked in marketing and sales operation of fair packages of Cosmoprof Bologna Beauty Fair and Isaloni Milano Furniture Fair.- During the course of my work, I organized tour packages’ Airport Operations for departures and carried out these operations. - I carried out the analysis of guest satisfaction surveys after the tour and reported them.
