• 7+ years of management experience• 13+ years of information technology experience and expertise, including 10 years of data warehousing and business intelligence tools• 10+ years hands-on experience of SQL optimization, performance tuning, and development• 10+ years hands-on experience of business intelligence analytical tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and Power BI• 4+ years hands-on experience of Agile framework• 2+ years in cloud data engineering experience in Azure• Possess strong experience in with data modeling, data warehousing, and building high-volume ETL/ELT pipelines• Comfortable handling ambiguous concepts and breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces• Possess outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with management, technical peers, and business partners• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills• Proficient and prompt in learning and adapting to new technologies• Possess strong experience managing and working with globally distributed teams
