Within my 14 months of employment at Clarion, I have documented proof of being recognised for achieving the following: - Achieving several compliments from our residents as a phone CCA for excellent service and being recognised by Team Leaders and Contact Centre Management.- The exceptional achievement of obtaining a 5% increase in salary based on my excellent performance straight after completing my probation period.- Several quality monitoring scores above 95% on our various channels of communication such as phone, emails and web chat.- Since joining the Omni team in July 2022, I have received 20 Trustpilot reviews for quality of service provided to service users.- I have also been recognised in early December 2022 for going above and beyond in aiding several business departments in Clarion, along with an external contractor, drawing their efforts together in aiding a resident who was being severely affected by a complete loss of Heating.
