TEİAŞ ITM 184 154kV BURSA GIS Transformer Center ProjectAt the firm responsible for overseeing the turnkey construction process of the project, which was tendered by TEİAŞ, I served as the site manager. My responsibilities included developing the work plan, tracking material flow, overseeing rough construction tasks such as formwork and reinforcement, preparing quantity and site reports related to these tasks. Additionally, I managed the planning, execution, and preparation of site reports for fine tasks including plastering, gypsum, painting, tiling, ceramics, and marble, among others.

I supervised the installation of Masts and AVT equipment, which facilitated the attachment of inclined cables to the deck of the 3rd Bosphorus Bridge. Additionally, I managed the organization of installation teams, procurement of materials, and preparation of documents and reports for the main office.
