CurrentSupply chain and Logistics Management:• Managing contract negotiations with freight forwarders and carriers (sea, air or land) in the supply chain.• Managing central purchasing and supply of our subsidiaries and B2B customers (quotes, orders, suppliers, transit agents, invoicing)• Organizing and monitoring transports and deliveries of products worlwide in accordance with deadlines.• Providing support with regards to Logistic requirements in B2B or NGO client tendering… Show more Supply chain and Logistics Management:• Managing contract negotiations with freight forwarders and carriers (sea, air or land) in the supply chain.• Managing central purchasing and supply of our subsidiaries and B2B customers (quotes, orders, suppliers, transit agents, invoicing)• Organizing and monitoring transports and deliveries of products worlwide in accordance with deadlines.• Providing support with regards to Logistic requirements in B2B or NGO client tendering processes.Sales Administration:• Performing customer order processing in accordance with each TEOSS customer's unique terms and requirements, including incoterms, pre-shipment inspection, etc.• Monitoring TEOSS stocks or manufacturers' standard ranges; ensuring that holding obligations are respected, particularly for contractual requests for calls for tenders (bi-monthly meeting).• Editing Purchase Orders for TEOSS suppliers; RFQ, invoices for TEOSS customers.• Expediting Import-Export documents.• Monitoring and reporting supplier performance indicators.• Ensuring monthly reporting of Transport and Stock activities.Quality Management: • Monitoring Defective product operations.• Managing defective procedures.• Participating in updating Quality review documents.• Developing new quality management procedures.
