1. Troubleshooting and investigating issues, testing and review of product issues as reported by clients.2. Provide technical, functional application support to clients across regions, working through whole case life cycle till closure including follow up, providing update to clients.3. Work in close co-ordination with product support, Development and other team.5. Application L2 support, SQL server, SQL Server Profiler trace, running SQL queries, Joins and reviewing other database objects, running update queries on tables.6. SLA meeting, Defects/bug logging, Hot-fix request, Fix testing, Enhancement request, Black Box trace, Root cause analysis, weekend on call Support.7. Good knowledge of RDBMS, Database objects like Table, View, Constraints, Indexes, Store Procedures, Join queries, Triggers, Transactions and other.
