Officially got promoted to a General Manager / CTO position of Auto Korea from April 2021. Managing other companies that are under the same company umbrella namely : Korean Motor Spares, Auto Korea and Martiq444.As the company Auto Korea is starting up from scratch, I have been given the mission to make sure I do everything in the company to get it up to a stable position. The work includes: - IT Hardware, Software and systems management- Parts Database management and reconfiguration- Warehousing- Administration- Accounts and Finance- ERP system developments- Digital marketing and eCommerceAchieved great results as a project manager for the following projects:- Development, testing and implementation of a new cloud-based ERP System- Database refactoring and migration into new structures- Implementing organizational structures- Setting up new warehouses and managing warehouse structures and operationas- Implementing new systems for the finance and administration departments to make work more efficient- Drawing up plans and implementing marketing strategies for B2B clients- Sourcing new suppliers internationally for new products at market competitive quality and prices- Managing online marketing departments and ecommerce- Implementing IT policies where it was non-existent before- Microsoft Azure cloud server and MySQL database management and implementations- Maintaining data and prices for 30 000 different part numbers- Logistics management of shipments and air freight from oversea suppliers-

My duties in Auto Korea were very vast and due to company structure, I had to be a multiplayer.I am in charge of all the IT related services : Hardware, Software, Network, CCTV.I also had a hand in digital and social media marketing.I was the head system analysist and manager of the development of the company's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software. I was also heading the administration on both the old and new ERP system and it's user and data.
