Yvonne Castillo has been in the healthcare world for 22 years. After receiving her radiology education from PIMA Medical Institute in 2003, she worked in the Radiology field as an X-ray, CT, and MRI Technologist. She was promoted to supervision roles beginning in 2011 as the Lovelace Womens Hospital Lead MRI Technologist. She is currently the MRI Supervisor for Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico and has been for over 7 years. She returned to the University of New Mexico in 2019 to complete her Bachelor's degree in Radiological Sciences and she successfully graduated with a 3.40 GPA in December 2021. She also completed her Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration in May 2024, graduating with a 4.15 GPA. She is a high-functioning, well-organized individual with a passion for helping others. She hopes to bring that same amount of care and compassion to other managerial and director roles in the future.
