About Yohann Catherine

More than 20 years in Retail, having notably installed and developed Maisons du Monde in all of the Group's countries. I knew the company as a family managed structure, as a co-directed entity with investment funds (LBO), and finally as a company listed on the stock exchange. I was part of the executive committee as COO between 2016 -2023 with the main responsibility of managing a dense European network of more than 350 stores in 9 countries, in which the quality of the customer experience, and the development of omnichannel, were the 2 principal key success factors. I was also in charge of Customer Relationships which successfully contributes to the development of Group Web sales (>30%).Since September 2023 I have been CEO Bleu Libellule - CSP (Provalliance group) in the beauty - haircare sector. The brand has been growing strongly since 1997 (more than 250 stores) and continues to develop its projects for B2B hairdressers/beauticians and B2C.
