Every time I looked in the mirror I saw a skinny, unhappy, unmotivated, and depressed man. I was working as an Infantry Soldier in Australia, "literally shooting guns and throwing grenades" for a living. Despite being on-top of my physical fitness I felt unfulfilled emotionally, spiritually, and physically. I was being bullied in the Army by my superiors which made me my depression reach dangerous levels. I needed CHANGE. But always being away from home with no routine with a high-pressure job, life was hard. Fitness was a big part of Army life and I soon came to the realization that the men that had BIG physiques were well respected and got ahead. I started lifting weights in the gym, back then just asking questions, earning of others and within a couple months gained 10kg of solid muscle! I was astounded by my own development, my army doctor asked if I was taking steroids. I told the doctor the truth, that "I was eating lots of food and training everyday! I had NO IDEA of the correct nutrition or workout strategies, I just copied and implemented off friends. After the Army, I continued my passion for fitness by helping others as a Personal Trainer. I found and implemented the best scientific and time efficient strength/conditioning, nutrition and supplementation protocols that work UNIQUELY for each client.
