With over five years in the industry, I’ve developed a career focused on operational excellence, strategic budgeting, and building strong client relationships. My journey began at JPMorgan Chase, where I honed foundational skills in client support and leadership. Today, I serve as the Senior Director of Facilities Management at Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL), where I oversee over 2.1 million square feet of owned and leased facilities for Chicago Public Schools.In my current role, I’m dedicated to aligning my mission with JLL’s focus on innovative facilities management. Leveraging my Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification, I continuously seek out ways to enhance service delivery, drive efficiency, and support our team in providing exceptional value to our clients. Effective KPI implementation is a key component of my approach, ensuring our operations consistently meet and exceed standards.Outside of work, I’m a committed wife and mother of two, actively involved in my children’s school community. Mentorship is another passion, and I enjoy sharing my experience and insights with the next generation of facilities management professionals.
