I wrote and placed the advertisements to attract new hires, trained all the new hires and set there goals with them to maximize there job duties. I place and wrote the advertisement in the news paper as well as in the auto trader and penny saver for the department. My department increased the used car department sales by thirty four percent while holding a gross average of $2042 on the front end and $982 on the back. The department also increased the new car department by seventeen percent while holding a front end gross of $1100 and a back end of $1142. The department held a customer satisfaction rating of 92%. I worked for Sonic three times due to after I would get the department going and move on to a new challenge over time the department would fall apart and they would re hire me to get it back on track. -
