CurrentLead and manage full-lifecycle recruitment for technical/business exempt and non-exempt positions by partnering with hiring managers to define essential job functions, candidate skill requirements, and recommend recruiting sources. Provide strategic leadership and staffing guidance to management. Identify qualified candidates, negotiate with and close selected candidates for job openings, ensuring compliance with company policy, recruiting processes and regulatory requirements. Responsible for building a talent acquisition strategy and team while implementing new processes and best practices. Utilize highly creative and original Internet sourcing techniques to find "Hard Target" or highly skilled and rare candidates. Maintain productive relationships with employees to promote referrals and employee retention. committed to the highest recruiting standards and ethics in attracting the most qualified and talented candidates. Partner with Human Resource team on projects which include: internal mobility, retention and diversity strategy, competency alignment and performance management. Coordinate recruitment strategy between hiring managers and recruitment team. Manage a high-volume full cycle recruitment and onboarding for all company positions.
