At Google I led the AdWords Decision Support engineering team and drove the company's revenue forecasting process. I was the lead PM on Google's Small Business product initiatives, including the integration of Google tools into Intuit's Quickbooks. I managed AdWords Optimizations, a 150+ TechOps team (comprising engineers and technical staff in 3 global locations), and as PM Director, was the product area lead for Google Checkout with general management responsibility across all functions.

Co­founded fabless MEMS semiconductor microdisplay startup which produced working XGA resolution displays. Reflectivity was acquired by Texas Instruments in 2006 and had over 120 issued patents.• Managed all aspects of the business: engineering, operations, marketing & finance.• Raised two rounds totaling $16.5M in VC and corporate financing (Intel, Sony, InFocus, TSMC) as CEO. Helped raise an additional $42M in equity and debt financing as VP.• Established key supplier relationships and negotiated Joint Development Agreements with manufacturing and customer partners in Taiwan, Japan and the US.
