Accountable for the planning of public, large-scale investments in ICT sector. Coordination and supervision of the National Strategic Development Plan for the ICT market, part of the NSRF (National Strategic Reference Framework) 2014–2020 strategic plan. Major achievements are the foundation of the logistics centre for South/Middle Europe, the Middle East and North Africa for ZTE Corporation and Huawei Corporation in Piraeus, Greece and the collaboration between the YOZMA Group and the Hellenic Republic for the completion of the Hellenic Strategic Roadmap for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Superintendence of internal project development and high-level coordination among vendors, system integrators and company working teams.Experienced fifteen-member engineering team supervision, responsible for the architecture and the functional operation of the organization’s data centre according to the respected Service Level Agreements (SLA) of the company.Planning and budgeting of IT investments, concerning fiscal years 2007-2008 & 2008-2009 and their respected execution, according to the company’s master investment plan.

Directly reporting to the Head of the Software Development Department, accountable for the project development of DIMITRA-II whose objective was the development of a system for document and content management purposes of the European Agriculture Department. The project was funded and supervised by the European Commission, under the scope of FP6.

Directly reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, accountable for the organization, management and budgeting of the e-business department. The focus of the department was the evolution of existing core software products portfolio to a recent, state-of-the-art software platform, by adopting essential architectural principles of preceding systems.Accountable for the system design and software development of T.EXT.E.R.M. [Textile Extended Enterprise Resources Management] whose major objective was the development of a collaborative platform allowing the simulation of virtual business networks and the management of business transactions within a textile holding group of companies. The project was funded by the European Commission under the scope of FP5 and managed by ITV Denkendorf, (the Stuttgart textile institute). It was delivered to the consorsium at the end of 2003.Experienced six-member engineering team supervision.

Reporting to the Software Development Manager, accountable for the design, implementation and testing of Info*Trade, a stock trading system managing orders, trades and customer portfolios of a brokerage house. The system was launched commercially at the beginning of 2001.Responsible for the development of the Ο.Α.S.I.S., the core trading system of the Athens Stock Exchange. The system, operational since May 2000, is one of the first successful, large-scale IT system developments in the Greek private sector.
