Trained, managed and coached Tier 1 and 2 support technicians specialized in Unified Communications responsible for providing exceptional customer service, extensive troubleshooting of a web-based VoIP self service and resolution within required Service Level Agreements (SLA's).Identified and eliminated excess/redundant network capacity for a cost saving.

Performed root cause analysis on issues assigned to the ILEC repair department after preliminary testing determined an issue with the ILEC's equipment.Remotely tested xDSL circuits, router configurations and performed in-depth troubleshooting with Covad and ILEC Technicians. Resolved 98% of all tickets within ILEC's Service Level Agreement.
