· Execute Porsche China Internal Communication (IC) Project under the leadership of Porsche China VP Public Relations and Press.· Integrated existing IC channels into one app, iPorsche. Led iPorsche2.0 relaunch project: introduced 6 new contents sections, such as Porsche event calendar, Porsche newsroom, departmental space, and 3 digital systems, such as Business Intelligence into iPorsche2.0. DIY iPorsche2.0 relaunch publicity posters and video which won wide applause from CEO, CFO and many other employees. Nearly 95% of Porsche China employees installed the app a week after the launch. And the iPorsche2.0 has more than 6 times as many daily active users as iPorsche1.0. iPorsche2.0 is a milestone of Porsche China digitalisation process.· Organised a cross-departmental IC Taskforce with a member of 22 employees. Convene monthly Topic Meeting with the task force to better plan and execute IC activity and initiative.· Reported the progress of IC project and IC topics to Porsche China ExCom.· Worked with Marketing Communication Team to create a set of standard templates that are aligned with Porsche’sCorporate identity guidelines for different IC contents.· Established Porsche China WeChat microsite “Porsche4Kids” for Porsche Family Weekend event.

• Engaged in topic planning, in-depth reporting and analysis regarding international affairs. One article achieved 550,000 hits. Four articles won Topbuzz "Qinyun Prize" in two months.• Conducted market research and analytics work concerning Chinese companies' international investment. Wrote two business reports on Chinese private companies' investments in the semi-conductor and milk industries. The reports included an insightful analysis of the present and prospect of the industrial international environment, as well as the evaluation of opportunities and challenges facing the stakeholders. These two reports were streamed in all media platforms of Caixin Globus.

The investigative story received 440,000 hits and won a chief editor Award of the month. Jiemian executive editor Yang Zhang sad this article was very solid and convincing. Hardly can an intern receive such an award.• Translated and edited 52 pieces of news related to immigration, expatriate lifestyles, and Chinese investment in international real estate.
