As the Senior Manager of Policy Fund Management at HGI(Holistic Growth Investment), I hold the primary responsibility for two policy funds ($62 million), acting as the main liaison for government and Limited Partners (LPs). I oversee regular and ad-hoc reporting to government bodies and LPs in compliance with regulations and legal requirements. Additionally, I manage activities such as general meetings, and financial reporting, and contribute to the stable operation of the funds.To facilitate seamless investments, I strategically plan the timeline for investment processes. I also made an ERP system manual for management data. My role entails reviewing investment evaluation reports, regulatory compliance reports, contracts, and other investment-related documents, ensuring adherence to legal standards.In the realm of post-investment management, I handle matters requiring shareholder consent for investee companies. This involves a comprehensive review of agreements and legal considerations pertaining to consent items, such as stock options, articles of incorporation changes, paid-in(or Free) Capital Increase, and utilization of investment funds. Furthermore, In order to manage the social impact of investee companies, I regularly receive reports on impact Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), social missions, and other relevant aspects on a semi-annual basis. I continually oversee these processes to ensure the ongoing achievement of impact goals for the investee companies.In the capacity of a TIPS(Tech Incubator Program for startup Korea) Coordinator, I am responsible for administrative processes to facilitate government support for research and development startup enterprises. Through these efforts, I contribute to the advancement of early-stage R&D startups in Korea.
