When the company established the goals of shifting from a QVC brand to a self-service retail brand in the U.S. and Asia, and to expand its overall global reach in order to be acquired by L’Oreal, I conceived, hired, and led a holistic team that grew from 8 to 40 people and consisted of branding, packaging, visual merchandising, digital, social, copy, video, operations, and production professionals.
