Validation of reports to show as evidence❖ Coordinate with internal rollout team for electrification project as per operation requirement, especially for community issue sites.❖ Support to rollout team for new sites power system design evaluation and proper power system capacity.❖ Leading 6th energy monitoring system rectification project and align with MW team for migration activity which is need to change new IP as per their new MW design.❖ Participate power infrastructure transition process for more than 3000 sites between OML and Edotco, PAT which is need to finish without network disruption.❖ Get recognition award from Ooredoo group CEO for achieving transition process.❖ Create proper PM checklists and control vendors for PM quality.❖ Support SOC team to reduce site outage❖ Do routine site visit to check site quality and report back to management team.❖ Handle for the verification process which is effected SLA process within power vendors and active vendors based on trouble ticket and RMS data.

❖ Manage the electrification project for MPT –KSGM –FTK project in Bago, Ayeyarwady and Rakhine region❖ Need to manage total six vendors❖ Checking the power line route drawing, schematic design and BOQ according to technical site survey report❖ Discuss and advise to customer for power line route design according on site condition❖ Coordinate with regional civil work team to keep track their progress to start power installation❖ Estimate the budget and propose to the customer to proceed the installation process❖ Monitor and keep track the vendor’s teams daily progress to meet target milestone❖ Prepare all the daily progress and send report to management❖ Participate the regional customer weekly meeting and explain the weekly progress❖ Negotiate with regional EPC officer to get approval for power meter and transformer installation❖ Negotiate with village electric committee to get approval for power line tapping from their power line and negotiate with land owner to across the power line throughout their field or land❖ Conduct subcontractor to ensure installation of proper power cable size regarding to the BTS system load and capacity of generator, rectifier and back up batteries❖ Prepare necessary documents for PAT and also check onsite quality with MPT officer during PAT❖ Supervise subcontractors to clear all the punch points after PAT❖ Inspect subcontractor to follow EHS requirements and quality assurance according to standard operation procedure❖ Produce productive result more than assign weekly and monthly targets

* Supervise the operation teams to reduce the site outages and to get good availability for the whole region * Make a schedule and assign the team members for sites preventive and corrective maintenance* Control the site qualities such as DG PM, cabinet PM and good battery backup to keep good site availability* Collect the repeated outage sites and plan for rectification project (Battery replacement, DG repairing and 6th Energy RMS monitoring system rectification etc.)* Arrange the spare parts for the DG and power cabinets and manage to distribute the region * Give the technical support for all the teams and give the technical training if need.* Coordinate with energy team to control regional fuel cost by reducing DG RH, trying to get electricity power for the sites and by upgrading battery* Manage to reduce the regional operation budget and control the operation teams to have efficient cost * Coordinate with NOC and regional operation teams to close site outage issue within SLA* Negotiate with community and land owners to restore the outage related with community issue* Control fuel vendors to keep good fuel quality, to get accurate fuel quantity and to provide fuel in time* Plan to response the force majeure issue to avoid huge outage in region* Analyze and forecast every possible risk factor which can delay the project delivery* Communicate timely with head quarter management team to report the regional operation process* Sometimes communicate with customer and give information in time because they want to follow up if critical outage happen in region* Motivate the teams to be recognized and grow as a team
