HR V&A Deal Execution-GlobalImplement acquisition activities across entire lifecycle: due diligence, PMI and post integration stabilization. Areas of focus included but not limited to: compensation & benefit liability analysis; leadership compensation and incentive; talent retention; harmonization operational approach and cost review, etc.-Perform HR due diligence and advised on HR issues, workforce considerations and post-merger implementation concerns in V&A environment. -Co-create and excite the integration solution with senior leadership and HR teams and act as the representative of the company for acquired employees and leaders.

1. Responsible for performing support activities to develop, implement and administer compensation and benefit policies and system build-up, in compliance with regulation and linkage to business strategy2. Conduct compensation and benefits related analysis and provide recommendations in areas such as external market competitiveness, internal equity, compensation and benefits program design effectiveness, organizational structure, job evaluation, performance management, etc.3. Participate in C&B cycles in China and global/regional/country C&B projects implementation including annual salary review, surveys & benefits management, incentive plans, etc.4. Undertake other ad-hoc projects of C&B initiatives and improvements based on business needs

1. Implement Mid-year & annual performance achievement and compensation review.2. Perform Ad-hoc bonus & salary adjustment administration.3. Deliver Other benefits administration (e.g. Insurance, hot skill, OT).4. Ensure the Total Rewards team provides consistent advice on relevant HR policies.5. Mentor new team members.
