• Developed excellent fabrication and machine shop skills by completing all projects on time and to the specifications;• Demonstrated advanced skills in operating equipment and machines such as CNC machines, lathe, cutting machines, and milling machines;• The first role when I arrived at TNK was to assist in designing and assembling the planting robot (a machine for indoor planting). My job was to design and make the parts according to the requirements. It was a new design and no archived data for reference. First step, based on the mechanical functional requirements I measured and recorded key data such as parts location, specifications, types, and sizes. Then I completed my initial design of parts using the data collected. I worked with two co-workers to verify and finalize the size of the drawings before production. In the process of manufacturing parts, I would keep communicating with my co-workers to ensure that they understand the design, meanwhile, we worked together to correct any design defects discovered in production. In the end, my boss liked the planting robot, and spoke highly of our performance and teamwork;• One of my daily tasks is to create 3D and 2D drawings for prototypes and manufacturing. When the size of my drawing is confirmed by my supervisor, I would start to work out a production plan. When a large number of orders for the same parts is received, I would write a CNC program for the CNC machine to manufacture the parts. When the volume is smaller, I can use the milling machine or lather to produce them. After completion, I would double-check the size of each part to ensure that the quality is up to standard;
