I have over 25 years of experience in the publishing services and printing industry and have helped a lot of client’s get the most out of their communications budget. As a former Account Manager, Estimator, Client Relationship Manager, and now as a Sales Account Executive, I have the experience to know how to cost effectively produce publication and streamline workflows while maintaining quality. I am keenly knowledgeable about the entire workflow including editorial production, schedule requirements, sheetfed, web, and digital printing, paper grades, weights, and availability, XML creation for online publication, Mobile editions, binding options, warehousing, mailing, distribution and how all these interact.My favorite part of my job is discussing a new project, brainstorming ideas, developing alternatives and providing customers with the information they need to make the right decision. I don’t know everything, but I have a network of colleagues and other subject matter experts that I can tap into to find the information I need. One of my best decisions in my life was to join the US Navy at age 18. After serving on Active Duty, I remained in the Active Reserves until retiring in 2009. This provided me with the fortitude to carry-on through difficult times, the ability to pay attention to the details, and a can-do attitude.
