CurrentPart of Service Delivery Management (SDM) team, which handles all IT related issues, queries and procurement for Temasek. Currently in ServiceNow Washington upgrade. Assisted majorly in ServiceNow Utah upgrade, involved in:- 400+ ATF Test cases done- Go-live testing & hypercareDay-to-day activities:- user access management- incident management for SNOW, SLA management - user enquiries and issues- SNOW catalogue and workflow enhancements/creationAlso working as Knowledge Manager, managing all Knowledge Articles that are stored in SNOW; and a team member in IT Asset Management, handling onboarding/offboarding and asset related enquiries.
