I have a bachelor's degree in graphic design from Rhode Island School of Design and a master's degree in art teacher education from Incheon National University. I am currently the IB PYP MYP Visual Art head at MYIS International School, where I design and implement engaging curriculum spanning from early years to middle years. I am also a curriculum developer and instructional designer, collaborating with colleagues and subject matter experts in creating interdisciplinary and inquiry-based learning platforms.As a graphic designer and educator, I have a passion for effectively use visual communication to foster student's learning. I have been working as a freelance educational designer for NoticeAbility, a nonprofit organization that provides vocational subjects for students with dyslexia, since 2015. I design and facilitate translations for all NoticeAbility curriculum materials, including workbooks, teacher scripts, and lesson plans. I also have experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiative implementation, which I apply in my work as a curriculum developer and designer.
