Commencing the journey with the title ''NEXT GENERATION LEADERS'' with Aman Graphics and Designs Limited is formidable. I got a package of learning from AGDL that is more than precious. Learning about various LEAN Tools, Techniques, and Concepts in detail makes each Lean Programme holder a GEM making them a perfect LEAN LEADER. AGDL also allowed us to develop an effective communication bridge between each department, including the Top and Bottom-level leaders of the facility. We have been assigned to do various Projects including Root Cause analysis of UNCUT THREAD, Gemba-Kaizen, 8 steps for problem solving, etc. The way how they nurse the newbies is commendable. I wish that by continuing this legacy AGDL will strive to its ultimate goal to be the best LEAN FACTORY in the country.
