As a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) and a "seasoned" Registered Dietitian (RD) with over 45 years of experience in public speaking, medical nutrition counseling, healthy cooking skill building, healthy living promotion, policy development, grant and freelance writing, community-based systems research, and coalition leadership, I continue to seek innovative ways to promote healthy living practices and establish a community "culture of health and wellness."
