- Manage 100+ stores’ maintenance work including facility maintenance, cleaning and ordering.- Manage 4 maintenance vendors through monthly data analysis, completing vendors performance review of 2019 & 2020- Coordinate 10+ store remodel and closure projects with X-function and 3 new store on-site hand over.- Monthly maintenance data update and analysis, taking part in annual maintenance budget forecast of 2019&2020- Vendor contract annual review and update, complete vendor payment process.- Complete all store handover from GC and do regular store visit and preventive maintenance for store facility.

- Maintain FOH Visual, Elements, Demo hardwares and Demo imaging according to WW standard.- Organize store resource and Lead store visual merchandising implement and store remodel project.- Maintain Store facility and Backstage environment - Feedback and communicate store opportunity with global visual mentor and field leadersProject Experience : APAC Category Planner ( 2017.12 - 2018.06 )- Manage 2 category accessories and demo management for 40+ APAC stores for 10+ campaigns.- Work with supply team, merchant team and US counterpart on all related inventory level and information to ensure the best accessory planogram for all regions.- Working with NSO team in field of 3 new stores’ accessory planogram building.- Working closing with stores on customer engagement and layout opportunity and give best proposal.
