I am currently working as an Operations Associate for the Minnesota Youth Intervention Programs Association (YIPA). Leveraging my background in psychology, my training in data analytics and my 5-years experience in customer service, I help ensure that YIPA is achieving its daily operational goals and continuously delivering exceptional service to youth-workers. I enjoy using multidisciplinary approaches to solving problems and working with people from diverse backgrounds.
