I am a New York State licensed psychotherapist and psychoanalyst. I provide assistance to individuals struggling with their personal or professional life. When we understand how our unconscious can control us, we are able to identify unhealthy patterns and better comprehend our feelings, behaviors, and thoughts. As a Jungian psychoanalyst, I intuitively engage with you to help you see your unconscious, become aware of your own power, and begin to live fully and with ease. I work with individuals to transform pain and past wounds to overcome such issues as addiction, relationship traumas, self-esteem, and sexual abuse. Breath work, body movement, dream interpretation, active imagination exercise, meditation, and painting all serve as media for healing and revealing unconscious truths.I’m from Taiwan, and have lived in the US for 30 years. I have studied Eastern wisdom and practices, and myself have gone through personal healing and the therapeutic process, which has provided a deep understanding of the relationships between mind, body, and Self. Integrating such understanding and wisdom allows for an inclusive approach to psychoanalysis.I have a Master's degree from NYU and completed my clinical training at CG Jung Institute in NY. I am an entrepreneur and founder of the non-profit organization Taiwan International Cultural Exchange. I have taught breathing and inner child workshops worldwide for over 20 years and have worked at the UN as an NGO representative and Executive Committee member. I’ve written two best-selling books published in Taiwan and China focused on addiction and healing through breath and inner work.
