Worked with Adobe's General Counsel and Chief Trust Officer and the AI Ethics Committee to develop Adobe’s AI Ethics Principles and governance processes. Grace leads the Office of Ethical Innovation globally for Adobe. The Office of Ethical Innovation drives organization-wide ethics related activities and develops processes, tools, training, and other resources to ensure that Adobe's AI solutions consistently reflect Adobe’s AI ethics principles. Her work also includes helping to shape the impact that public policy, laws, and regulations are taking regarding AI.

Responsible for the Content and Creative AI engagements with strategic agencies, Adobe’s enterprise customers and SIs; championing the AI needs and requirements of external customers to inform Adobe’s platform and product roadmaps; and orchestrating Content and Creative AI cross-company initiatives.

Drive strategy and execution of the product and platform strategy for adobe.com which directly contributes to $4 billion dollars in annual revenue, focusing on aligning and enabling teams to efficiently scale and deliver customer value. Focus is on end to end process definition and optimization, portfolio planning processes, and driving cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Owned product management, product operations and engineering for Adobe’s commerce platform that directly contributes to $2.5+ billion dollars in annual revenue. The commerce platform accelerated Adobe’s Creative Cloud transformation from a perpetual product to a subscription.

Accountable for the timely and cost-effective management and delivery of a portfolio of large, concurrent projects in support of the Commerce business unit at Adobe. Responsible for overall project performance and reporting to senior management including critical issues, resource allocation, risk identification, risk mitigation, budget attainment, tracking of project hours and lessons learned.

Simultaneously managed multiple high-profile Commerce projects with an average team size of ten as well as juggling the daily incoming commerce support escalations. Instituted software development methodologies to a nascent delivery organization which led to more accurate estimates and consistent on-time project delivery. Managed pre-acquisition activities from Macromedia to Adobe.
