Planning network/hardware designs for office expansions or moves, increasing system capacity to accommodate growth.#. Managing the company's cloud initiatives and infrastructure (AWS & AZURE).#. Managing crisis and providing root-cause analysis to mitigate future occurrences.2. I.T. processes and operations#. Installation, Testing, and Provisioning the Startel Digital Switches as well as Asterisk Softswitches. Startel customers include Call-Centers, Answering Services, Universities, Hospitals, and Telcos all over the globe.#. Migrating customers from legacy systems (e.g. Hardware Switches, T-1 or PRI trunks) to the latest VoIP platforms (Asterisk Softswitches, SIP Trunks, VoIP Phones, Softphones).#. Providing extensive Post-Sales Technical Support to customers around the world. Preparing customers to handle emergencies and engaging in Disaster-Recovery efforts.#. Conducting Pre-Sales Presentations / Post-Sales Training as well as In-house Technical Training Programs.2. System Administration#.
