Key Responsibilities:• Efficiently plan and execute the collection and placement of donation boxes by optimizing routes and schedules.• Meticulously record, handle, and report on donation box exchanges, ensuring accuracy and compliance.• Play a key role in supporting and coordinating fundraising events, actively engaging with stakeholders to drive philanthropy funding.• Executes key elements of the event, demonstrating precision and efficiency in handling large-scale functions.• Monitor, update and report progress on fundraising initiatives, providing valuable insights to management. • Responsively handle donation inquiries, building meaningful connections with donors to effectively raise funds.• Develop impactful marketing collateral, effectively communicating causes and showcasing the tangible impact of funds.• Draft compelling collaterals, proposals and presentations for individual and corporates’ support and sponsorship.
