Over the course of 3 years, I served as the main producer in these three areas, where I formulated sales strategies, developed brand identities, directed visuals, and planned various events.Under my leadership, the shopping platform experienced a remarkable growth of approximately 1300 times its original size. As for the clothing brand, it achieved a sold-out show with 700 seats, including international buyers, at the 2023 FW SEOUL FASHION WEEK.
