- Leading project execution from conception to completion, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.- Managing a cross-functional team to resolve HIS-related issues, reinforcing system reliability and user satisfaction.- Harnessing HIS & EMR data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize healthcare delivery.- Spearheading process improvements across various departments, leveraging HIS & EMR to enhance operational efficiency.- Ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of projects, maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.

- Leading implementation of HIS and EMR for hospital and satellite centres- Lead a team of first level support on Hospital Information System (HIS) related issues- Ensure requirements and issues of all departments are well taken care- Turning data in HIS & EMR into meaningful information- Support in processes improvement for other departments by functions in HIS & EMR

- First level support on Hospital Information System (HIS) issues reported by users- Liason between users and vendors to ensure issue solved in accordance to urgency- Ensure all issues are being taken care and effeciency of hospital will not be compromised- Lead, testing and commissioning of software for hospital- Provide meaningful data to management for decision making

- Supports & lead AR, AP and GL activites on daily basis- Initiate process improvement of department and ensure improved effectiveness- Ensure timely & accuracy closing and reporting in accordance to MFRS- Assist in audit processes- Support investigations of systems issues and finances descrepancy
