• Spearheaded and chaired multiple STEM collaborations, organizing workshops and mentoring dynamic teams on event planning and execution. Introduced innovative workshops to Taman Jurong Youth Network (TJYN), Punggol Youth Network (PYN) and Zhenghua Youth Network (ZHYN), educating over 300 children on Arduino, C++, 3D printing technologies and HTML coding.

• Developed an interactive dashboard using Tableau to effectively analyze and visualize the performance metrics of the Lot Management System (LMS) in real-time.• Utilized Python and SQL to automate data acquisition, processing, and analytics, enhancing the Automated Scheduling System and optimizing pipeline design.

• Performed Root Cause Analysis to critically assess Acoustic, Vibration and mechanical irregularities on core Robot cleaning mechanisms; Integrated noise suppression techniques, software calibration and motor configuration with extensive EVT, DVT, PVT .Critically analyzed internal ball bearing and shaft design to rectify issues, by deconstructing OEM motors fully, down to individual components.• Designed parts for essential cleaning mechanisms to be injection moulded; reduced cost by optimizing fluid load paths, improving structural strength and using DFM/DFA methods. Applied FEA analysis for design validation.

• Designed and built Jigs and Rigs using SolidWorks, 3D printing, Laser Cutting for rapid testing and delivering tangible, early-stage proof-of-concepts; reduced robot sub-assembly production times and improved robot build accuracy.• Led the mechanical implementation of a smart RFID detection system to enhance autonomy, UI/UX features and safety of robot over a period of 11 weeks; Responsible for designing, compliance adherence, sourcing, and validation testing.• Produced CAD drawings for parts using SolidWorks; utilized GD&T principles on essential robot cleaning mechanism sub-assemblies.• Created Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Quality Control (QC) protocols for production processes; reduced error rates enhanced operational efficiency

Planned and co-organized the Hall Orientation Camp for the incoming freshmen cohorts of 2023/24, 2022/23 and 2021/22, cultivating an engaging and immersive experience for a collective attendance of over 700 students.Led the ideation and execution of creative, exhilarating programs. Managed the production and procurement of logistic, and in-charge of program validation and testing.

Designed an engaging “initiation” orientation program for 200 freshmen that focused on introduction to university and hall life while also building strong relationships.

• Participated in the inaugural Audio-Visual Training session for NTU’s cutting-edge Interdisciplinary Collaborative Core ColLab classroom, gaining insights into the latest classroom technology advancements.• Served as the IT representative for my module, overseeing the technological needs of my designated cluster of 50 students. Provided first-level support for IT issues and proactively troubleshot audio-visual hardware complications.
