For the Swedish Burma Committee: Convened media campaign workshops and organized a study visit for visiting activists from Myanmar; facilitated strategy planning for the Committee; produced a publicity brochure and served as a PR representative of the Committee at the Swedish Human Rights Forum 2016; produced English translations and created a calendar of events for the Committee’s website.For Malmö University, Sweden: Served as conference reporter/writer for the University’s conference on convergence pedagogy; presented a lecture on communications strategy as a guest lecturer for a ComDev course.

Worked closely with the Director of Operations, from October 2006 to December 2008, in the management of thematic and global teams in the areas of elections and democracy assistance, across Latin America, Africa and Asia Pacific, including developing multiyear programme and financial workplans. Also took on urgent and emerging responsibilities as the Contracts & Procurement Officer as well as the RBM System Administrator, during the period of transitional management from January 2009 to September 2010. Served as an executive officer to the Director of Global Programme from May 2010 to May 2012 in matters relating to the Programme's management and administration, including liaison with the Board of Advisers. (Continued as a liaison to the Board as a consultant from May to October 2012)

Assisted and facilitated the work of the Director of Operations in the smooth running of the Operations division, including the financial and programmatic management of the division, organizing high level visits and workshops across the globe, while managing partner relations with stakeholders such as member states, UN and EU bodies, and various international organizations.During this period, I was also assigned to work on the Gender Quotas in Politics project for 8 months, to coordinate regional workshops, international publications and an online forum and website on the topic.

Assisted the Programme Director and team members in the management of the programme and organizing international missions and workshops on the subject of participation and democracy analysis, such as Democracy at the Local Level, State of Democracy, and Women's Political Participation.

Also served as the Budget and Funding Assistant, and assisted the Finance & Administration unit with fundraising, financial management, budget consolidation, staff training and various administrative projects such as coordinating the efforts in the drafting of the Institute's first Gender Policy.

Worked in the international department assisting with grading of consultancies, hosting of a Chinese delegation of health experts, managing Q-Web, a website on gender issues and reproductive health and served as a rapporteur at the Foundation's International Conference on Gender and Reproductive Issues in November 2000.

Managed constituent relations at the University and collaborated with community volunteers, university staff and academic units from the Women's Council, Women's Center and Women's Studies Programme on the organization of public symposiums and workshops on gender and family issues. Also served as the manager for the then newly created Alumni Online Community social networking site for alumni members of the university.
